Saturday night March 27th was definitely the end of an era for Milwaukee’s Addiction. Two long-time band members played their last show with us. It was an emotional night for all of us and many of our fans too. Greg Pritz was the only remaining founding member of Addiction and saw the band go through many changes over the years. Chris Cauwels came aboard in 2021 and solidified the lineup that was blessed to play at Summerfest, State Fair, theaters, casinos, and some of the best clubs & bars around. Chris’ brother Craig has also been a huge help to Addiction ever since Chris joined, acting as his drum tech, our stage manager, roadie, photographer, and even guitar pedalboard fixer!  Then there’s the glue that helped hold this lineup together, the Addiction Chicks! Kris, Colleen, Jill, Irina & Paula put up with a ton of crazy over the years, but always stood by us on the sometimes crazy ride of band life. We’re really going to miss those people that are shifting gears, but they’ll always be family and I’m sure we’ll still see them around.
